Prices

Prices are per room, per night for June, July, August and September.

If there are 2 guests staying in a double room, we do not charge any extra, so the price remains the same.

In order to reserve a room, 20% of the total cost of your accommodation is required in advance as a guarantee.

There is no fee for using a debit card. If you choose to use a credit or any other type of card then the bank will charge us a fee which we pass onto our customers, we charge €10.

There is a €25 booking and administration fee for each reservation.

The outstanding balance is paid on arrival. You can pay in cash without incurring any additional fee. However, if you choose to pay the outstanding balance by card, then there is a 5% additional fee for all types of cards.

If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your arrival, then there will be no further charges to your card. However, with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full amount plus a 5% additional fee for all types of cards.

We are unable to refund any money should you need to cancel your holiday.

For stays of 14 days or more, we are able to negotiate a discount.
